Payment, Withdrawals, & Changes

Payment

  • Once a student’s registration is submitted online, parents accept to be billed for the activity.

  • Parents of enrolled students will be invoiced with the CNG billing cycles. Payment instructions will be included.


Activity Changes Before Classes start

  • Once a child is enrolled in an activity, he/she may change to another activity up to a week before the activity starts. In order to change, parents must send a written request to the CNG Condor Activities Office at: sbaron@cng.edu with at least a week´s notice.
  • Changes will be approved depending on space availability. If there is an additional price for the new activity, parents must cover the difference. If the new activity has a lower cost, there will be no reimbursement.

Withdrawals and Activity Changes During the Year

  • 20% of the cost of the activity will be charged if students withdraw between one week before the first class to after the first class. Late changes may keep students from getting the class of their choice.
  • There are no reimbursements for withdrawals after the second class activity. Exceptions may include a medical excuse issued by a physician and/or a student is referred or enrolls in an academic activity of the school.

Cancelled Classes

  • Classes will take place as scheduled unless cancellation is required for reasons of force majeure. If a class is cancelled the Condor Office will call the student´s home. Cancelled classes due to force majeure will not be rescheduled.


Missed Classes and Schedule Overlaps

  • Condor classes will always be rescheduled in case of teacher absence. We are, however, unable to reschedule or make up classes missed by individual students due to personal (sickness, trips, appointments) or school-based reasons (CWW, plays, athletic events, etc). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
